Mathews Dixon was formed in 2003 to invest in commercial property in the North East requiring re-development or refurbishment. By the summer of 2007 we had acquired, developed and sold properties totalling £3.575m and in addition we have further joint developments valued at £7.35m.
We continue to seek opportunities to exercise our turn-around skills and have funding available up to £5m to invest in acquisitions.
Our small team make quick initial assessments and decisions on commercial properties and sites in our region. We retain firms of architects, surveyors, engineers and agents on all our schemes.
